Some T-Mobile users spotted this first and shared it on Reddit, and yeah, some aren’t too thrilled about it. Cord Cutters News has since confirmed this with T-Mobile’s own chat agents.

And it’s not just the chat, even T-Mobile’s phone support isn’t round the clock anymore. Since the pandemic hit, they’ve been cutting back on the 24/7 availability. Now, you won’t find a trace of 24/7 human support on their contact page.

While this news might bum some of us out, it’s worth noting that T-Mobile’s new hours are still pretty decent, especially compared to some other wireless companies. Like, AT&T still offers 24/7 phone support, but Verizon’s phone support hours are more restricted, though they do offer 24/7 chat support.
